Hey everyone!
Well, with all of your help, we reached the 10K stretch goal. Everyone will get the Behind the Scenes PDF with concept art and the script for issue 1. We couldn’t have done it without you.
We still have a lot of awesome things planned so let’s keep the train going! Up next, at 12k we are going to convert the game from basic rules to 5E. A lot of people asked if we were going to do this, so here it is. Ask and ye shall receive…if we hit our goals. We have some pretty awesome things lined up after this as well. So tell your friends.

NYCC SPECIAL & new tiers

Hey all you of you deep, dank, dark dungeon crawlers!
With your help we’re getting so close to picking the lock and opening up our first stretch goal. We can’t thank you enough for getting us this far.
We have something we think you’ll like. To celebrate Mark’s adventures at the New York City Comic Con (table D-16) we are releasing two special tiers and a very limited, exclusive, rare…Gelatinous Pentagonal Trapazohedron!!!
What the hell is that you ask? You’ve heard of a gelatinous cube? Well this is our green 10-sided die. Available only for the duration of NYCC, Thursday, October 7th until the 10th. We also have a tier that includes the die and cards TOGETHER!!!
If you already pledged to us, but want this precious, valuable item, fear not. Simply edit your pledge to this new tier.
AND since today is my birthday, as a gift to all of you, there is an EARLY BIRD SPECIAL on the NYCC SPECIAL!!! It’s a turducken of deals! But ONLY TODAY on that one.
In other tier news, we’ve added a super backer tier. For $350, I will create a 11x17 commission of your choice. Anything you want. That’s right, a large, black and white ink drawing complete with screen tone shading of whatever you can think of that will tie the room together or complete your art collection. You name it. Act fast, though. I can only take a few, as they are very detailed and time consuming. I’m not foolin’ around on these.
We also adjusted the price on the tier in which you can play the game with Mark as your DM. This is probably the best one of them all and we wanted to make sure everyone had the opportunity to have a seat at the table.

In a little over 4 days, we not only reached but exceeded our goal. That's all because of you. Thank you for contributing, thank you for sharing, thank you for believing in us. I can't tell you how wonderful it feels to know that - thanks to you - CHAOTIC NEUTRAL will be a reality.
We're not resting on our laurels, however.
We've are announcing a stretch to make CHAOTIC NEUTRAL even better.
At $10,000, EVERYONE will get a PDF filled with bonus material. You'll get the script, design sketches from Chris and more.
We hope to add more rewards which we'll reveal as we go along, but we're superstition and don't want to jinx anything.

Hey everyone!
Chris here.
Because of all of you we have almost reached our goal in just three days. We cannot thank you enough. A little push will get us over the hump and into stretch goal territory. If you think our weird little book is rad now, wait ‘till you see what we have in store for you once we’re home free. So we would like to ask a favor. Tell your family and friends and friend’s cousins about CHAOTIC NEUTRAL. A little whisper in the ear speaks volumes and we’re sure that with your help this ripple will become a tsunami.

I did an interview with Fanbase Press. They are hands down the nicest people in comics. We discuss a bit of the process that Mark and I used to creat this beauty. You can read it here.
Some people mentioned to me that they wanted the dice AND the monster card AND the character commission, but there wasn’t a tier. The answer to this conundrum is Add-Ons. We have some great Add-Ons that you can add to your order so you don’t miss out on any of the goodies we offer. They will also be available once the campaign ends so don’t fret. We’ve got you covered. Again, our deepest thanks for supporting and believing in us. From the tippity top to the bippity bottom of our gelatinous hearts.

Wow!
As I write this, we're well over halfway to our goal in just 24 hours.
I am truly blown away by everyone's support and generosity. CHAOTIC NEUTRAL is a passion project for Chris and I, and we can't thank you enough for taking a chance on us.
We've also gotten as some really kind words from such great creators as Kieron Gillen (DIE), Jim Zub (Conan the Barbarian), Alex Segura (Secret Identity) Chris Burnham (Batman Inc.) and Aaron Campbell (Hellblazer), which means a lot as well.
For CHAOTIC NEUTRAL, we also got some more of the trading card art in. Here's a "Night-mare", by the great Tom Neely (The Humans):

The Night-mare is an original creation for both the book and the adventure module. Without giving too much away, it's an undead, fire-breathing steed ridden by the Cultlists of Baphomet.
Two things that I think are cornerstones of great modules are new monsters that players haven't encountered before, and factions you can ally with or pit against each other. With Chaotic Neutral, we've got a nice mix of classic D&D monsters and strange new deadly threats.
As far as factions, we have The Cult of Baphomet, who are blackmailing the town of Alptraum into holding a lottery for human sacrifices that may or may not be rigged. We've got corrupt nobles and church officials who are willing to keep their pact with the cult, rebellious peasants who have secretly hired adventures (maybe you!) to stop the cult. Outside the town are druids and rangers of the Impenetrable Woods, who are fighting a strange rot emanating from the Cyclopean Ruins...the same ruins that the cult is hiding out at. And then there are the ancient beings that built the ruins themselves.
Within those factions are individual characters who I'm dying to introduce to you. Those who seem valiant but are capable of treachery, and those who seem evil who can be bargained with, if not redeemed. And of course, plenty of "Chaotic Neutral" characters who are out for themselves, and more than happy to unleash a little chaos to make that happen. Maybe that describes your characters? I can't wait for you to find out.
